Flow analysis can be undertaken to opimise feed designs for complex castingsFor complex component designs we can use mould flow analysis to assist in gate areas and location.

By the optimisation of several variables such as the cavity orientation, the feed gate velocity and cooling system design, we ensure we achieve our objectives of High Productivity and Low Reject Levels.
